Tenuta Ferrante is a young wine , which began in 2008 , in a national economic context not just idyllic . Tommaso Ferrante, driven by a passion for the land and its most precious fruit ,wine ,inherited from the maternal grandfather Donato, began to undertake a complex but full of feeling, of goodness and quality of crops. The estate has about 6 hectares entirely in the breeding of spin Guyot. The hilly terrain, are wisely chosen and give a peculiarity to each wine. The excellence of the wines of Tenuta Ferrante starts from the care of the vines, obtained through a specific pruning distinction of clusters and especially grape harvest by hand in crates (to avoid spontaneous fermentation ), and continues in the cellar, with temperature controlled fermentation and the constant use of protective natural oxygen.
